Assembly Note: 

Although no particular part or sequence of the assembly process is difficult, consider this a project that will require approximately 1 day with 2-3 people systematically following the assembly manual. Three people will make the project easier and more enjoyable.

Members are responsible for ensuring a solid, level, well-draining site for construction. Hardware for anchoring not included.  Please check with your local municipal by-laws before ordering this product.

No need to store the roof away for the winter. Any accumulation of snow should always be removed from the gazebo.

Anchoring base

The Charleston Wall bases feature brackets with pre-drilled holes allowing the possibility of easily anchoring your solarium to the base of your choice.

Windows

Clear PVC windows and mosquito netting on every wall. All windows and screens can be removed from the structure.

Door latch

The Charleston doors have an easy to use door latch located at the middle of each door frame.

Polycarbonate side panel

The side panels on your Charleston are made of clear polycarbonate panels letting in the light.

Sliding Doors

The Charleston doors can be installed on any wall of your choice, as long as there is an adjacent wall capable of receiving the horizontal sliding door.

  • One sliding door (10'x10', 10'x13')
  • Two single sliding doors (10'x16')*

*Please note that the two single sliding doors cannot be installed side by side.
