Vita Elysium 12 ft. x 12 ft. Louvered Pergola

The Elysium 12x12 Attached Louvered Pergola requires a drill, level, ladder, measuring tape, and two people to assemble. For installation on a wood deck or concrete patio, use our hassle-free Vita Bolt Down Bracket System in combination with the pressure-treated lumber you must purchase.

For an in-ground installation, you can extend the posts with pressure-treated lumber wood inserts purchased from your local hardware store.

NOTE: This pergola must not be installed on pavers. You must first remove the pavers and install the posts into the ground/concrete below.

If mounting pergola onto an existing concrete patio or deck (Note: not intended to be installed on top of patio stones or pavers):

· Pressure-Treated Wood Boards (8) – 2x6x12’ (5 cm x 15 cm x 365 cm)

· Pressure-Treated Wood Boards (1) – 2x6x14’ (5 cm x 15 cm x 426.7 cm), to be cut to 13’

· Wood Shims (16) – ½” x 3 ½” x 12” (1.3 cm x 9 cm x 30.5 cm)

· Cement Screws, Countersunk Head (6) – ¼” x 2 ¾” (0.64 cm x 7 cm)

· Concrete Drill Bit (1) – 3/16” (0.48 cm), min. 3” long

· Lag Screws with Washers (6) – 3/8” x 3 ½” (1 cm x 8.9 cm)

· Lag Screws (for wood wall) or Anchor Screws (for brick or concrete wall) (6) – 3/8” x 3 ½” (1 cm x 8.9 cm) *used to mount ledger board onto supporting structure

If installing a pergola in the ground:
